I havent had my bike out in a little over a week and I went to ride today and it wouldnt start. I changed plug and checked spark , it was a little weak looking but still there. also only there about 3/4 of the time, I was wondering if this sounds like magneto trouble and how involved it would be to fix

the bike sounds like it wants to start but just isnt quite cranking up. all fluids are topped off and ive never had this problem before, whats the expected life for a magneto and can you fix them?

Ok try this, put the bike in neutral and run it down a hill if you can and once you pick up a decent amount of speed jump on and click into second. Sometimes when a bike sits with the gas on it floods.

No problem, unfortunately i was in your situation 2weeks ago, so know how you feel, i would send it off to a bike specalist, just to be on the safe side, mine came back as new, and was sent off in a poor state, i sent it through a company in the uk, and recieved it back within 4 days.

check your wiring on your kill switch to make sure nothing has worked loose and is grounding against the handle bars...
if you need a stator, buy the whole plate that will include a wiring harness, will probalby cost about 190 bux. its much easier to do that.
