Very cool Bill! Hey if you ever get tired of looking at those banners. I know of a good home for them.

Sorry, I couldn't wait until the end of the second slide show...my question has been answered. Luckily none of you have arms long enough to reach over here and smack me... :moon:

A certain person ruined me when he let me take a grey ghost for a ride!

ssshhh, Bill! We are trying to keep the good stuff to ourselves!
Looks like you enjoyed the AA Loop -- glad you rode it -- it's an awesome ride!
Hope you didn't splash around in that lake on the Mountain Loop too much, it used to be where Negaunee sent their, uh, effluent....
Careful who you call a "spode" on your slideshow -- that guy is none other than Kinney Jones! A great photographer (and a darn good rider) -- he was saddled with a borrowed street legal DR 350 that day. I rode the AA section with him the next day -- he had DB's 300 -- he was moving! Even with a bag full of camera gear!
Anyway, it was good to see you again, and I'm glad you found some more "responsible" riding partners this year! ;)

Hey, I never said where it was.... ;) I crossed the Ambassador bridge and rode somewhere east of Windsor. And that's the story I'm sticking with...

Come to think of it, there was quite a bit of "foam" washed up on shore. Kinda feel bad now for the guys that re-filled their CamelBaks there...

Sorry, didn't know that was Kinney Jones, but it was still a spode moment. I should know, I had one after making it up a gnarly rock step-up somewhere crossing the powerlines. I was so stoked that I made it up the face, I pulled a nice wheelie at the top... only to completely loop out and bail! In my case though, there weren't 100 people watching, and no one to take a picture! Kinda appropriate that someone got a shot of Kinney, seeing as he was "busy". :)

Not surprised at KJ's riding skills though. So many guys there could just flat-out haul in the woods. Heard MC was just railing, flying through the rocks and trees. Probably the first (and last) time you'll see Lafferty and MC racing together.

We'll hit that AA loop together at some point. How about a Yooper TrailFest up there next year for us trolls?

BTW - The Sandstormers MAKE that event the showcase ride of the year. Another awesome job. :worship:

I hope not! That was COOL!

We have one every year -- the Loose Moose Enduro!

Thanks! We have a lot of fun, too! And thanks for not posting spodely pics of me on the grass track -- musta been hard to find a shot where I was in any sort of control!
