Blind shroud nut in tank

So one of the 4 blind nuts (2 each side) is destroyed, how do I go about replacing the thing? It's set in the plastic of the side of the tank, not much material to work with. Just wondering if anybody had experience with these things.
Or even better, where can i find a tank for a 90 YZ 250 (white)

Hey Alex, are you able to drill the center of the bolt head (10mm?) and screw an easy out into the head. I've had success using this method in the past.

i'll try it and let you know, havent had a chance to mess with it lately. just took the top end to the machine shop for bore and hone, starting to come together... thanks !!
