Boots for big calves

Hey guys, been looking at getting boots for the summer. Problem is I fall into the "big calf" catagory of riders. My feet are 10s, that's not the problem, but I have 18.75" calves. I've tried on a few boots, but none will fit.

I've heared of the SiDi Crossfires, but those are over $450 or so. What suggestions do people have? I'll be really grateful!

Have you tried searching yet? About a year ago, I think, somebody else asked the same thing. I don't remember how the answer went.

I had the same problem, My calves were too big for my boots. I bought Gearne Sg-10s, I used them today for the first time. I love these boots. They fit great and have alot of support. They will run about $350.

Missouri
MSR is making a economy/entry level boot (the MXT...$140) they advertise as "designed with a larger calf circumference."

Thanks for the suggestions! I also heared of the Fox F3, and AlpineStars Tech10. I'll have to give my local dealer a call and try a few on. :-)

So far it's looking like the MSRs and Foxs would work best, but we'll see.
