boyesen super bowls?

i was glancing through my dennis kirk catalog and i saw these boyesen super bowls that claim to eliminate bogging, restore ''neck-snapping'' excelleration, and gives serious throttle response. Has anybody ever tried these or rode a bike that used them?

I have one on a 1990 YZ250, I bought the bike with it on there, so I can't compare it, but the bike never boggs out.

its usless and makes moving the carb a pain.
