Brake Disk Hex Nut Removal-HELP!!!!

Any one have an easy way of removing those hexnuts that secure the brake rotor?. I'm installing the Trail Tech Computer & I have to install the magnet Bolt in one of these slots. These things are a BITCH :bang:

I used a good quality 6mm hex head 3/8 drive socket in my air ratchet. The things are loctited in, so you might want to hit it with some Liquid wrench and/or some heat too. The air ratchet worked fine for me, the impact action loosened it right up. Use a good quality socket though, some of the cheapies are too small and will strip it out.

I just bought 3/8 Hexbits today, the allen wrenches started to round out but I stopped before I made it worse (I HOPE). I'm going to try the torch tomorrow.

I took mine out while they were still removable and replaced them with pins with a 10 mm head on them. Much easier to get out using a wrench or socket. :nod:
