brake fluid

i was just wondering i hava a lot of dot 4 brake fluid and i was wondering if it was alright to put that in my motorcycle even though youre supose to use dot 3????
also i was wondering how much oil is normal for coming out of my exaust pipe. right know it just leaves a little black stuff barely dripping down the pipe is that normal??

DOT 4 is fine
a little spooge is fine, when it leaves puddles and covers everything in oil then its to much
