everything, head/cylinder, clutch assembly, stator or whatever, kick starter and gears, obviously you'l have to remove the motor from the frame so you'l be unhooking and removing it all. Get a manual if you dont already have one, a fly wheel puller, case splitter. things like that.
p.s. your shift drum is inside, it'l come out when you split the cases. ;)
