Broken PDS Shock

I am looking for any information regarding breakage of KTM PDS Shocks. My 2000 KTM 520 SX shock had some problems. The shock shaft turned in the clevis and destroyed both parts. The Set screw was still tight. KTM did replace the defective parts with upgraded ones. Have had no problems since.

If KTM replaced the parts that broke, why do you need more info?
