Medical personnel or not you'll jump those doubles when you are comfortable and ready. To be honest most of our tracks are going away from the do or die double jumps in favour of tables and step ups for safety reasons. Grunthal has a couple of doubles although one of them isn't for beginner level riders. Beausejour has a couple of really small doubles that aren't really a factor, other than that I can't think of any others off hand.
