Firecracker, From your description you may want to try the bars FORWARD to open up the rider compartment to get your elbows up and make it easier to get forward on the bike. I am your height but shorter inseam an like the bars in the 2nd from furthest forward position. My wife is 5'5" and has them in the same location on the 520. The stock bars on the 200 vibrate quite a bit which gave me problems with arm pump. We put on the oversize bars (the ones that come stock on the 4 strokes, several bends an rises are available and they cost less than ProTapers,( check with Mike K. on the 200 forum)) and a Scotts stabilizer and it made a HUGE difference in how much less vibration there is and how much more relaxed the arms can be as the occasional high speed headshake has been completely eliminated (the bars and stabilizer which we have on both bikes are by far the best money on modifications we have spent!) Also when you are riding standing up make sure your weight is supported on your legs not your arms. The Gary Semics riding videos were very helpfull for improving riding technique. Cutting the bars down decreases your leverage over the bike and also makes the rider compartment feel small ( My wife tried some cut down bars (29" wide) and didn't like them so we run the Maguras full width with the grips moved in just slightly to accomidate hand guards.) I hope this helps. Have fun riding and see ya on the 200 forum, Tom
