Can a KDX220 have an e-start installed?

Can a KDX220 have an e-start installed? There should be space for a battery to fit under the rear fender without bottoming out on it. The e-start is the one thing missing from my kdx that I really really miss. I know KDX riders are going to say just use the kick start but that is not what I'm asking. I want to be able to have both. Thanks.

Not to my knowledge, never heard of such on a KDX. There would have to be some access spot for a starter gear to engage the flywheel, don't believe that the cases have such. Maybe someone else on this site knows differently?

Nothing is impossible, with enough money, and this could be done...but many components would have to fabricated from scratch.
I'd estimate you'd have about $6000 in the project if it were done right.

Never heard of one for a KDX.

I think there was a company that made them for the KLX300 four stroke, but that's not going to help.
