Call Eric. If it's not too deep he may be able to punch it out to a 265 and replate. I think it was about 500 for my rm including piston kit. Worth a shot.

Yes, that cylinder can be repaired. The Nikasil would get bored out, the gouge welded in, and then everything replated. There is really only 1 or 2 extra steps over a normal replate. New cylinders with power valves can be had for around $330. Keep that in mind when pricing out a repair.
