Carb part maybe clogged?!

ok i found a clogged pilot jet and that could have been my problem but i notice this thing...has a hole insided small and skinny like a pilot jett...does anyone know what this is and if it can be taken out?

A breather or over flow perhaps?

Just blow it out with compressed air..

thanks...but guys i found the main problem haha...the air mixture screw was all the way in on the carb i loosened it and tuned it now it runs great! i have ALOT more low end power and i thought the wheelies i pulled before were cool they're gettin alot longer! im learnin alot about two strokes and getting good at ridin...ive only had this bike since april and its my first bike! i ordered Vforce 3 reeds for it also so this thing is gonna be running sick thanks for everyones help its much appreciated even though i got a little annoying at times
