hi guys, ive noticed when im climbing hills i have to dip the clutch to get the revs high enough for the power valve to open, i am a big guy so i thought maybe i should change the sprockets to so i dont need to dip the clutch, my front sprocket has 13 teeth and the rear has 48 teeth and im thinking maybe change the rear sprocket for a 51 tooth sprocket and leave the front, ive never done this before so if anyone has any advice that would be great, thanks nick.

I run 13-49 and am happy with it. Seems to be the sweet spot IMHO.
There are issues with potential case rub with a 12 countershaft and with chain guide rub with a 51. I bought a KDX that had a 51 rear sprocket and it had a longer chain with the adjusters almost maxed out and it barely cleared the guide.
Others may have a different approach.

thanks doctord, i think i will try a 50 tooth rear as ive been reading about chain guide rub with a 51 tooth rear on a few other forums.
