Changing Oil

Admin: Please don't move this post, There are questions about oil, yes, but it is all pretaining to four strokes, and what is meant for them.

I change my oil about every two weeks, i ride quite a bit and ride hard. I am currently running Bel-Ray EXL 10-40. Which is a synthetic blend. I think i would like to run a full synthetic. But i know little about these oil differences. I plan on changing my riding pattern to fewer but longer rides. I plan to change my oil about every week of hard riding. Is this acceptable, if not what is, a long ride being over 3 hours of run time. Mostly on an MX Track.


What oil do most reccomend ?
Goldenspectral is availiable all over, but i would like a synthetic i can find anywhere. Any ideas?
