choke wont stay

I just checked out a kx250 that I am going to be buying soon. The only problem I saw with it was that the choke will not stay up, you have to hold it while you kick it. Is there a small bearing in the tube, or a spring mech or something like that missing? Not a huge issue just wondering if it is an easy fix. The bike is a 96. Thanks

You can buy the whole choke assembly from Sudco or your dealer, they are not very expensive and very easy to replace. They just screw in.
