CHP Officer Passes

Long time since I have visited the site, but I heard sad news today that a 28 year Veteran CHP Officer passed away this morning. He was injured 2weeks ago on the 405 by a vehicle traveling up the shoulder which struck him.

Our prayers go out to the family of this officer.... someone please tell me that this was not the CHP Officer with the ponch avatar from so. cal. that all you veteran members know so well.
