On Thursday the DOD announced that they want the American public to offer ideas on how to combat and out-think the terrorists. Despite the news media’s ridicule of that idea, it makes some sense. One reason Osama-yo-mama and his marionettes were able to sucker punch the US on 9/11 was that [the terrorists] were obviously thinking "outside the box." Washington bureaucracies invented the box and don’t really know the world outside. Who knows, maybe this is an acknowledgement that the DOD realizes that it was Americans that made America great and not its government. When you want help, go to your strength.
