Clunking noise at low RPM

I finally got to take out my crf250 this weekend and when i was riding slow then accelerating, i would hear a clunking noise. It sounded somewhat like the auto decompressor when you kick start it. It only happens at low RPM, like if i lugged it down around idle or a little pass idle speed. Is what i'm hearing the auto decompressor clicking on?

I think the noise is the throttle slide rattling.Mine does the same thing. Haven't heard of any problems.
