Clutch Drags when cold

[XT225]

I have a 2003 Yamaha XT225. Occasionally when I first start it up and put it into gear, if I rev it up it will make the bike go forward a little bit with the clutch all the way in. Why does it do this? How can I fix it?

I was going to suggest trying different oils, but saw it was covered in the other thread.
