I suffer from high blood pressure and am currently on medication. (lisinopril- 10mg). Have been told that CO-Q-10 will help to lower my readings. Anyone have info on this? Thanks.

It's a mitochondrial based compound involved in the electron transport chain. Won't do much for BP, but you could throw some garlic at it. ;)

If you actually do it, a low sodium, high potassium diet will help some.

However, the main reason for poor control is doctors using the wrong medicines or classes of medicines for age and physiology. That's another story.
