Really I am into anything as long as there is cake involved. It doesn't matter if it was Betty or Duncan. But I personally like females better, so what ever floats your boat greenhorn.

The heck with cakes - your posts are a waste of electricity that light up the phosphors on my monitor.

I like my Sasquatches slow roasted over an open Hickory fire. Add salt and spices to suit, then a coating of Paul Newman’s sauce to accent the tasty (but rare) Sasquatch meat.

Serve with a nice Chianti and some Fava beans ….fuffffff…fuffff….fuff….fuff

Hella Yeah!! I miss my blog.

I was the bonafide owner of the BCEBO at one time. My specialty was white cake with chocolate frosting. And I used to burn feathers on the light bulb inside because it was cool to watch.

1 pk Long-grain and wild rice
-mix (6.25 oz)
1/2 c Chopped carrot
1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c Orange juice
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in
-thin strips (12 oz)
2 c Chopped mushrooms

1 tb Dijon-style mustard
1/2 ts Basil
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Sheets frozen phyllo pastry,

1 tb Dry bread crumbs

Heat oven to 375'F. Prepare rice according to package directions. In

well. Place in medium bowl. In large skillet, saute SPAM, mushrooms,
and green onion until tender. Add SPAM mixture, rice, mustard, basil,

pastry on a damp towel (keep remaining phyllo covered). Lightly coat
phyllo with cooking spray. Layer remaining 5 sheets phyllo pastry on
first sheet, lightly coating each sheet with cooking spray. Spoon
SPAM mixture lengthwise down center of phyllo stack, leaving a 1/2"

pastry with cooking spray and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Make 12
(1/4" deep) diagonal slits across top of pastry using a sharp knife.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with soy sauce.

What the heck? I have an EBO bought for my daughter 8 years ago (used once). What kind of shelf life do these mixes have? This is so exciting, I even put off riding today. My real stove hasn't been turned on in a year. :whoa:

Bring on those recipes - I'll probably save big bucks by using this this thing. Just one thing...does it need to be a genuine Betty Crocker model to be fully crockable?
