Have finished replacing and cleaning the KIPS valves on my KDX250. The valves are less complicated than the 220 ones. Lucky me. This is the first time for me to touch the KIPS. Very nervous at first, but they are not that complicated really.
Have torqued all the top end nuts down and need to recontect the radiators, and carb, exhaust tomorrow.

When discontecting the radiators, I lost a fiar amount of coolant, and have thrown away the rest.

Question is, does anyone know the correct amount of coolant I should put in tomorrow ? Also, any things to make sure of after a KIPS top end job.

I replaced the piston rings as well.

Cheers everyone.
