Man that really sucks. I have only ridden up there a couple of times but it was great. Is it possible that you could work something out by signing accidental waiver, like at a track where the owner is not responsible? What is his plans for the land? And who did he lease it from? Can you talk to the real owner and work something out? 4000 acres is alot, about how much of the trails does this take out? 20%, 40%, 60% or more? Hope you are able to work something out keep us posted.
