I've rode dirt bikes on tracks, but the tracks are usually small, farm tracks where there aren't many ruts or... riders.
My question is:
When you ride on tracks with many ruts in the corners and throughout the track, how do you get through them without getting stuck in other ruts or falling over?
Thanks!

Twist the throttle and hope for the best, that's what the "fastest man in the world does". Maybe you fall, maybe you don't, but if you make it, you come flying out of the corner.

Ruts on straights I just pick one, squeeze hard with the knees and keep the front relatively light. Don't focus on the rut just look ahead to where you want to go once you are lined up.

For corners the biggest thing is entry into the rut, if they are big enough once you are in you're committed. Smooth steady throttle application is usually the key for me, too aggressive and you can lift the front wheel out of the rut and get cross rutted.
