About 1500+ for the forks and about 800 for the shock:scream: . If yours is wrecked, I will buy it and then you can get some ohlins units.

I would have to give the nod to the ohlins too. I don't believe WP makes a fork or shock for that application, but I could be wrong. Bedell99, why do you need new suspension?

Soryr Kawiekx125, i'm not selling anything. I'm just curious because I sent my suspension to jeremy at mx-tech and was wondering if they got lost in mail, how much they would cost. I insured them for $2200. Just curious.

Why would he NOT want WP Suspension?

And yes, WP does have an application for that and every other off road bike made in the past 10 years.

Where do you even get Ohlins from in the states? Where can you get it warrantied?

I'm surprised at you Reon. Your fellow countryman is leading the 125 National series right now on WP Suspension. How many Ohlins suspended bikes are in the top 10 in points? Top 20??

WP is a good product. Easy to service and easy to get parts for.

By the way bedell - that was adequate insurance.

I know people seem to be knocking the ohlins stuff but what is wrong with it??
The forks have a nice bush system to help with slap down landings. The base valve has a massive adjustable bleed. It has locking nuts on the base valve so no messing around with threadlock. It has a 12.5mm damper rod so the valving is easy to tune-what more would you want a fork to do?The shock also seems high quality with lowest flowing pistons that ive seen on a production item(jers got to like that)it has ive heard one of the best adjusters(large diameter shim stack on adjuster). It uses a nice rebound adjuster.I just dont understand what people have against there stuff :think

Knocking Ohlins??

I don't think anyone was knocking Ohlins....but it does sound like WP is getting knocked here.

All I'm saying is, there are alternatives. Even more than just WP or just Ohlins. They aren't the only aftermarket shock company in town.

:D

I never said WP is bad. A lot of people dont know Ohlins and just write them off. I have seen many a rider change his stock suspension for Ohlins units, there are a couple of KTMs in my neck of the woods that dumped the WP for Ohlins, I have also seen Ohlins on works bikes (I'll be dammed if I can remember who).

I'm very proud of fellow countryman Grant Langstons achievements on that side of the pond. But trust me, he is not riding with the same suspension we get out of the box on our katooms. He runs SXS WP units.

Just to play devils advocate here, can you imagine what KTM would say if he asked for Ohlins considering that KTM owns WP ?

Just for the record, my bike has a WP suspension in the rear. If I had the money I would try Ohlins but I dont so I'm content with what i've got.

And no it aint a bad product.
