CR 500 -99 engine in a CR 125 -03 frame?

Is it possible to put a CR 500 -99 engine in a CR 125 -03 frame?
I have a CR 125 -03 and i like it but a have always dremd about a monster and now i have bought a CR 500 engine.
Can i put the engine in my frame or do i have to buy a 250 frame?
I also have a CR 125 -92, can i test the engine in that frame?
I want all information how i can bild a CR 500 AF and good tuningtips for the engine.
