ok guys i have got this cr125r back together after new cylinder and piston and it runs great.

the only problem i am haveing is it is leaking fuel from the right clutch cover or from around the right rc valve cover.

im rinning a 16-1 mix through the engine and have around 1 1/2 hours on rebuild.

it looks like it is coming out of the right side rc valve cover to me.
can anybody give me advice on this problem, has anybody ran into this before?

Step 1 verify where the leak is comming from, dont assume. step 2 check and recheck all your fuel lines and make sure you didnt leave ANY thing loose. ive got a 91 cr125 and ive never seen fuel come out of the rc valves. all the trouble ive had rebuild/ restoring my 91 i would probally finally just start :bang:

Dude, if you have fuel leaking from the RC valve, you have big issues..

Or the tank is leaking on to the top of the engine..

The gas line going to the clutch?? What Indy said. You received my first stink eye today. Float bowl, float, or float valve? The exhaust valve is installed? Properly? Vintage Bob
