can anybody tell me if the tin shields are removed from the crank of my 99 cr250 how it will affect performance.will it give more or less bottom/top end power?
If the tin sheilds have been removed your motor will be down on power big time. No they should not be removed, they are what we use to call stuffers. It helps to keep crank case pressure up.
