Hi, do you know how many Hp has a cr500 at the wheel?
Have you never tested a Cr500 on a dynamometres?
I tested today my cr500(with v-force , keihin PWM 39.5mm,Dep pipe and silencer, ported cylinder) and the result is only: 51Hp :| :| :| :ugg: :ugg:

Hi, i think that 64.5Hp are not at the rear wheel but at the drive shaft, infact in Motocross (an Italian paper) i see 57Hp at rear wheel.Probably i have jeetting problems, tomorrow i'll try again. :clue:

Did you dyno it with knobby tires ? Tire pressure temps, altitude, and humidity will have dramatic effects on the dyno numbers.

51hp isnt massive but its not terrible-you need to take the mods off one by one to see if they are loosing you power, sometimes mods dont work-they can loose power, also look at altering the timing and jetting.

I'm sorry for my rusty "english".......but what are knobby tyres?
I used slick tires(my cr500 is a supermoto).

Knobby tires are for dirt riding, opposite of slicks.
