CR80R Jetting

I have a 2002 CR80R. It seems to bogg out after it sits idle for a minute or so. I would like to know if anyone has had this problems, or what do I need to do to fix it?

carb is dirty or u aern't getting enough gas

its probably loading up the plug- with oil
