I heard that you could put a 03 CR85 cylinder on the 02 CR80 engine and then swap to a 85 piston and that would make ur 80 into an 85....does anyone know if that is true? because that would be a lot cheaper than getting a whole new engine....

Yes, this is true you will need to use the CR85 head gasket as well the heads are the same on both.

cr 80 to 85
i recently bought my brother a 2000 CR 80.... he's getting a little big for the 80 he's only 12 but getting tall. The power is still there but i fell it needs a little more. what total parts do i need to make his 80 to an 85.

ohh does the cr 85 have dual radiators or 1....
1 more ques- what is the diff between cr80r and cr80 expert

The CR85 doesnt have dual radiators, just one. The only difference between a CR80 and a CR80 Expert is seat height and wheel size. The expert is taller and has bigger wheels, the top speed is also faster.
