cr85 front brake problems!!

I ride an 05 cr85 expert and am having problems with my front brake. when i turn my bars all the way to the right and try to push my bike the front brake starts to slightly lock up. but when i ride down my street and take a hard right turn my brake starts making this loud knocking noise and slows me down greatly. I was thinking about flushing out my brake fluid and putting in fresh fluid juss to start. any advise?????

Try removing the pins that hold the pads in. It takes surprisingly little time to get these things so corroded the pads stick. Should be easy to fix .
