I was working on my 2003 Yamaha WR450 and noticed I have a crack in the gas tank. It looks like a split, however gas does not seem to be leaking out yet.
A new tank runs about $335.00 and I do not want to buy an aftermarket one. Rocky mountain sells a plastic welding kit, and I was wondering if anyone knows if this can be used to repair my tank, or if any other suggestions are recommended I would apreciate them.
