My 2000KDX220 needs new crank seals after only 130 hours. I know the cases have to be split to access them but has anyone altered their cases so that future seal replacement can be done from the outside as on other bikes?
On older bikes the seals have outlasted the main bearings but Kawasaki must have used some real cheap ones this time.
