I got a gasket broken on my right gasket and when i went to pull the crankcase off it was held on by something. I didnt want to mess around with it more so i put it back on and now the kick start is like jammed. whats the problem anyone know? o yeah its a 2004 honda crf250r

I'm guessing you don't own a manual for the bike. You NEED ONE! :| You can't work on your bike without it. :whoa:

Why is it, that 95% of the folks don't seem to have workshop manuals? That is the most important repair tool there is! :coocoo:

Chances are, from trying to translate your post, you didn't disconnect the clutch operating linkage before you tried to remove the cover. But the manual would have explained that. :nod:

you can use microfiche- or parts finder to see how it is assembled--
whittier fun center- midwest action cycle-bike bandit- service honda-
these guys all have honda parts finders

and they can get you a manual too!-lol (manual a must)!!
