Yes, I've heard of it being done. I think though that it requires a custom part (steering stop plate? or something like that). Check http://www.xr100.com/crf150.htm under suspension and they have a complete bolt on kit.
Never done it but I am sure you will somehow have to use the cr85 triple clamps or aftermarket clamps. The forks on the 85 are inverted and alot larger than the crf150f forks.
