I have a 99 CR250 and have the potential to pick up a damaged 2000 Cylinder and head. My question is can the 2000 be mounted up to the 99 case with out any modifications.

Why? Just to see what the bigger bore would run like.

I would like to be able to swap cylinders without any mods other than jetting.

Bigger bore?????

I run a 2000 cylinder on my 97.
The basic cylinder is innerchangable from 92 thru 01.
There are all kinds of combos you could run.

CR Cylinder

Check out Eric Gorr's website. There is some information on using different year model cylinders on a CR.
92 to 01 all will fit on the motor just differences in port size and timing.
