D17 Sanction Meeting - Wardy/AJ?????

I have received two conflicting notices about the meeting. Notice 1 indicates the presanction meeting will be held 10/26 at the Holiday Inn and the referee/sanction meeting will be held 11/23 at the Holiday Inn.

Notice 2 indicates the presanction meeting will be held 10/26 at the Empire Inn and the referee/sanction meeting will be held 11/16 at the Empire Inn.

Please advise.........

Here is the CORRECT information.

pre sanction meeting 10-26 1 pm Holiday inn 251 & 1-55 (8 Traders Circle)

AMA sanction meeting and referee meeting

referee meeting 10 Am 11-16-02 same place

sanction meeting 1 pm 11-16-02 same place

this will be announced and corrected at the pre sanction meeting on the 26th .


ALL meetings will be at the holiday inn in Normal at 8 traders circle Normal IL (251 & 1-55) this hotel is located on the North end of Bloomington/Normal right on intersate 55, at the exit for 251.
the dates were messed up on many sides of this due to miscues.
hope it don't get to messed up anymore.
