My uncle just started a motorsports store and he's sales a lot of things from used ATVS and dirtbikes to sandrails and 6 by 6 amphibious machines. Last New Year's Eve somebody stole a banshee worth $6,000. he got cameras but that didnt stop them or someone else from stealing a 07 YZF 450 just last night. The only bad thing is that you cant really see any license plates or faces because its dark and the cameras arent the best. Does anybody know if you can make the picture clearer so we can get a plate number.

higher resolution camera.
I think the question was how to make the current pictures clearer, not future ones.

I'd say after $12,000 is stolen, its time for some better cameras...
i'll second that. And a better security system.

my buddy's shop has been hit a few times i the last year. from the video, it was obvious they'd been in the store a lot (went RIGHT to the things they wanted, in the dark). Same deal, couldn't see them from the video.

I think after seeing the poor quality of the video he might get better cameras. Last night I was talking to my aunt and she said they might GPS units on the high dollar machines.
