Hi there.

When the bike is idling, it makes an audible rattling sound which goes away when I clutch in.

What could be wrong here? :|

The bearing the clutch rides on needs a bit of clearance to get the oil through-this makes them rattle a bit when no load is on them-nothing to worry about.

I went to a suzuki school where they told us at idle the clutch plates will rattle in the basket.
I believe this is the sound you are hearing, if it goes away when you pull the clutch in and isn't REALLY loud.
