I just got an SSR110 pit bike for fun and whenever I start it up it runs perfectly fine until I put it in gear. It rides fine until it just revs out of no where until I hit the kill switch. I cleaned out the carburetor and I don't know of any air leaks. It's annoying how it just decides to gas itself until I stop it. If you have any ideas please let me know.

I’d keep looking for an air leak.

Does it rev out after twisting the throttle? If so, could be sticky cable binding or the slide is sticking in the carb.
