I just ordered a 12/50 combo renthal sprockets, but i have a new 520-108 drive chain for the KDX200. witch fits the stock 13/47 sprocket, i was just wondering if i need a new chain or can i use my old one?

Im not positive on that, but it might be tight getting it on. I have never runned this combo, but others say they need a 110 link. If its possibly, you will probably be all the way up on the tensioners, and youll have to start it on the rear sprocket, and spin the wheel with much effort to get it completely on. then it wont come off.

Againa, im not sure on this, everone else says you need a 110 link chain with this combo. please, anybody correct me if Im wrong.

108 links won't do it.

I believe you need the 110 link chain because even if you use the 1st spot in the tensioner, the bigger larger sprocket will hit the chain guide, if it is the stock one that is the reason you need a longer chain.

are you sure you want to run a 12/50 combo, this bike is going to be geared really low, i changed from 13/47 to 13/50 and it was a huge difference. lol
