Does a 01XR80 have any gov

My wife just got into ridding and I got her an XR80. Does this bike have any kinds of limiters/gov's on it, engine/clutch etc?

There might be a throttle screw like the XR50 but other than that it should be all open. Try talkig to XR'S only

For mini bike stuff, check with Powroll first -- they're the four stroke minibike gurus that all the other shops buy from (including XR's only and Engines Only).

None of the XR80's or Xr100's have had limiters in the past. I haven't seen an '01 XR80, but I believe it's the same.

The only "governor" on the little XR's is the exhaust. Honda made the stock exhaust much less restrictive on the '01 models, but they can still be replaced with a good aftermarket system for better top end.
