Does my bike need a replate

I hate these Nikasil thingys. I am rebuilding my motor for the first since i bought it (6 months ago).

I found some small scratches in my bored about .5 inches long right the exhaust port. The rest of the cylinder is pretty clean. I can just catch it with my finger nail. So i dont know what to think.

It's hard to tell for sure from the pictures. It's worth honing the cylinder to see if the scratches smooth out. If they do you can run it.
