I know brakes are usually very easy and straight forward. However i am having trouble removing the caliper. The bolt going through the pads and caliper seems stuck or i just dont know wtf im doing.I dont know if you have to tap it from one side or turn it...There looks like you can put a flathead screwdriver in there. However it is not turning.Im sure there is a easy solution.I appreciate all the help. Thanks

That flathead screw is just a cap.. get it out, then you need to take a allen wrench to the bolt.

Those caps can seize up.. And be quite the pain in the a$$ to get out.

Yes, like he said. Heat it up with a torch and they should be easy to remove. Replace with a little antiseize on the threads. If they are stripped out you may have luck on the auction site for a used caliper.
