Does anybody know what is currently going on in WA state with regards to registering converted dirt bikes for street use? I have found some info on NorthwestMotorcycle Associations web site nmaoffroad "dot" "org" but the info is somewhat old.
My main question is, if I get a dual sport conversion registered in another state, will WA honor that registration when I try to transfer it to WA?

(would probably register the bike in Mississippi where my mom lives before registering in WA)
