does anyone have any experience with standalone dvd recorders? i have been looking at the panasonic dmr-e30 and to me it seems to be better or easier to use than the samsung,phillips and pioneer models.are there any real problems with this unit? thanks in advance.

Oh, I was just winging it. That is even better! $620 is much nicer than the 790 I thought. I guess the American dollar is stronger than I thought ;)

Canada is like one big 50% off shop for you guys. get up here and spend some cash, its good for both of us. is there any duties to be paid to bring back a bike to the states?

I thought $1000 CDN was worth about $6.40 US? Things have sure improved since I lived up there. :)
