While my jetting specs won't be right for your bike, since they are set up quite differently, they might give you a good idea of what range you might want to be in.
Quick summary: My bike was originally a 200, now a EG225 mo-better porting, set up for pump gas. I have a Pro Circuit pipe and silencer, airbox lid cut, V-force delta 2 reed cage, reeds set on low tension, stock 35mm carb. Elevation is approximately 1600 feet where I ride.
Now the jetting. In the summer, temps between 70-85 degrees, I have usually run a 155 main and a CEL needle in the middle position. I never have got the pilot perfect - I've been running a 40, but I think a 42 would be better for me. The bike runs quite crisply on that jetting.
I seem to get a detonation type sound when running at high speeds and have to reduce throttle opening in order to maintain speed (i.e. at almost no load or deceleration). However, I do not have a problem under acceleration or wide open running, and I do not burn the electrodes off of spark plugs. I've just learned to live with the occasional noise for now.
Anyway, good luck.
